By accessing the Service, creating an account, or interacting with any AI companion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. You Must Be 18 or Older

The Service contains mature, suggestive, and adult-oriented content and is strictly for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your Account

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your account or sell access to it.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Nature of AI Companions

Every character, mistress, and companion on YourMistress.online is a work of fiction generated and powered by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, do not represent real individuals, and have no consciousness, feelings, or independent existence.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent. They are provided for entertainment and companionship only and must not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute content that:

• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way, real or fictional.
• Promotes non-consensual acts, real-world violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Impersonates a real person without consent, or uses someone's likeness unlawfully.
• Harasses, threatens, or defames others, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.

We use automated and manual safeguards to enforce these rules and may remove content or terminate accounts that breach them, without notice.

6. Subscriptions, Tokens & Payments

YourMistress.online offers free and paid tiers. Paid features, premium tiers, and token packs are billed through our third-party payment providers. Prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, purchases of virtual tokens and digital content are final and non-refundable. Subscription renewals continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period.

7. User-Generated Content

When you create characters, prompts, or messages, you retain ownership of your original input but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you create and must ensure it complies with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and pre-made characters, is owned by YourMistress.online and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
